The role is simple: record a short 30-sec video using our script, send daily DMs to creators, book discovery calls. We handle closing, onboarding, and all operations.

Comp:

$20 per booked call (show), paid from day one.

10% commission on our cut for the first 3 months per creator you bring in. After that, 5% lifetime, as long as the creator stays, you earn. No cap.

Real example: creator goes from $2k to $30k/month by month 3. Our cut = $19,600. Your 10% = $1,960. That's one month, one creator. Stack that and it compounds fast. Our best case: one setter's lead generated $4M+ total, that's $140k+ in setter earnings.
