This is the period of your apprenticeship that makes you and expert apprentice, you should be overseeing younger apprentices and salonon assistants to stay on target and learn the ropes.
You should have a filling column, your consultations are bang on, your colour skills are excelling and your cutting skills are getting better with every cut you do.
But dont think this is a time to rest, your growth and education as a great hairdresser never ends!
