I just discovered something that's changed how I create content and I need to share it 🤯

So, you may know, I’ve been using ChatGPT for a while now and honestly, I’ve loved it. It’s been really useful for loads of things. But I kept finding myself in this cycle of constantly training it about me — telling it my tone, my methodology, how I talk, who I serve.

I realised I just hadn’t figured out how to use it properly for what I actually needed.

Then I discovered Claude (Anthropic’s AI) through Evelyn Weiss’s brilliant community, and I've spent the weekend going through her classroom modules.

I'm sooooo excited to jump in and create 'artefacts' (I didn't even know what they were). But I've behaved myself and gone through the foundational training first.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲...

First, you have to 'train' the AI tool, so Evelyn's training suggested a briefing document to complete and upload. Basically, a structured way to teach Claude about your business, your methodology, your voice, everything.

A great idea but a bit of a pain right, especially when it asks who your target market is, describe your community / platform etc...

So I downloaded the template, then used ChatGPT to help me complete it (because it already knows a lot about me from all that training I’d been doing!). I couldn't believe how good it was. A few tweaks, and it was ready to upload as a knowledge document into Claude.

And that’s it. That’s the setup.

Now everything Claude creates is already aligned with how I think, how I communicate, and what my business is about. No more repeating myself in every conversation. No more editing out the generic AI tone. It just... gets it.

asked me about a freebie on our recalibrate day. I encouraged her to focus on conversations because I know how much time goes into creating a freebie - well Claude changes ALL of that!

I uploaded ONE client celebration video transcript (Anastasia's). One document. And I asked Claude what it could create for me (with a specific prompt).

It came back with 𝗦𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡 completely different artifacts:

📄 A polished client case study (Word doc) — ready to send to prospects

📊 A 7-slide presentation deck — beautifully designed, ready for my next talk

🗺️ An interactive transformation roadmap — clickable, with 6 stages my clients move through

The branding is off only because I haven't given Claude my brand toolkit yet - but OMGosh these are incredible.

For anyone who knows my background, you’ll know I love this stuff — I’ve always been excited by tech and what it can do. But this genuinely feels like a step change. The depth of understanding, the quality of the outputs, the fact that it can create Word docs, slide decks, interactive tools, and long-form content all from one source... it’s extraordinary.

Full credit to Evelyn Weiss and her Claude AI community — that’s where I learned how to set all this up, and it’s where I’d point you for the actual know-how. She makes it really accessible and the community is incredibly helpful:

I’m thinking about doing a webinar — not to teach you how to do it (Evelyn’s community is the place for that), but just to give you the visual rundown. Show you what I created, walk you through the artefacts, let you see what’s actually possible so you can decide if it’s something worth exploring for your own business.

But I only want to do it if there’s genuine interest. I’m not going to put something together that three people show up to — so be honest with me!
