🔥 The Classroom just got a proper refresh — go take a look.
Check out the brand new Classroom - built for you, with you :) I've been tidying things up behind the scenes, and one big change is worth flagging: all the Sales and Profit Resources now live in their own dedicated space, instead of being scattered inside the Activation Experience. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: every resource in there started as a real question someone in this community actually hit: "I don't have time for outreach," "how do I DM without sounding salesy," "what do I even say when they say no." Each one gives you a reframe and copy-paste language you can use the same day, split into two sections: 📍 SALES — Finding Your Five, Non-Salesy Outreach (plus a real-life example), What to Say When They Say No, and Following Up Without Feeling Pushy 📍 FOCUS — The Time Diet, and Pick a Direction and Give It Time You don't need to work through it top to bottom. Bookmark it, and go straight to whatever's blocking you right now. 👉 Sales and Profit Resources I'd love your input while I'm in the mood for revamping things: Which resource have you found most useful so far? Is there a stuck point you keep hitting that isn't covered yet? Anything about the new Classroom layout that's confusing, or that you'd want more guidance on? Drop it all below — this space gets built around what you actually need, not what I assume you need 🔥

I don't have time to go through all the materials in all the classrooms. I wish.

✅ The Green Squares
So I passed my one year of being on Skool every day and creating at least 10 activities a day to get a green square. Why does this matter? Well it doesn't in the grand scheme of things, and many people create successful businesses on Skool without these little green squares. But it does matter to me. I love being unfoccussed. Chasing after the next thing. Starting on a new platform. In fact one of my skills is starting things. However, that has to be balanced with focus and this is what the green squares have meant. Turning up when I didn't feel like it. Finding ways of doing the minimum without going down a rabbit hole. Networking with amazing people that help grow my business, and my knowledge. To me the little green square is a tracking device. Yes I can choose not to show up. And yes I can choose to show up. It reminds me to check in with what's important. 𝗜'𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲?

Book idea
I published a book that features hotels, motels, and inns across America...many of which no longer exist. I had all good intentions of creating a 2nd edition which would be crowdsourced. I really really enjoy hearing stories other people tell about these places and I wanted the second edition to include true stories about memories at these places. I have thousands more and could just write a second book and feature architecture and roadside places that no longer exist. What do y'all think? Good idea or no? How would one go about finding people to share the stories? Obviously, just having the book on Amazon & Google play isn't going to do the trick. Look forward to hearing what you guys have to say! Suggestions would be awesome.

@Karin Crawford Wow! And he already digitized! A man after my own heart. I love it when there are people my age (and older) that stay up with the times (or try!)

🏜️ Quick holiday update
Loving the comments and collaborations happening in here - thank you @Karin Crawford @Louise Knighton @Gemma Green @Julianne Anderson and @Hil Kane for jumping in with ideas. And everyone who has commented. We’re having a fab time and Ive got the emptiest head I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll remember how to work! After the wedding, held near a town called Alnwick six of us (Robs brother, sister and their spouses) headed north to the Northumberland coast. What a beauty! We’ve been blessed with sunshine and temperatures of around 16-18. Every day we’ve found a beach to comb or a local village to wander. Including Bamburgh castle, 3000 years old. Every night we’ve been able to watch the sunset, enjoy loud delicious food (two of the guys live cooking) and a few glasses of wine. We’ve seen so many birds and unbelievable flocks of Geese who have arrived for the winter. Last night Rob’s eldest son and family dropped by for a sunset walk. Our American family are headed back to Florida today so Rob and I have a day of just chilling together. Then four of us are off the Holy Island tomorrow, the highlight of the trip. Pics: the happy couple (Robs youngest son - Rob has four boys) Sunset walk with Neil and sister Ali, Rob and I, brother David, and eldest son Andrew - sister in law in bed with flu) Bamburgh castle - David, Ali, Neil Sunset Five of us on a morning walk to the bird watching platform Looking forward to being back with you all next week 💖🙏🏻🫶
