Introduction!
📝 Who I am and what I do: My name is William Johnson. We operate 9 Subway restaurants in Minnesota and South Dakota. My wife and I also have a photography and videography business, and she is a Disney travel agent. I am big on fitness, faith, and helping people change their lives through discipline and consistency.
📝 My 1 big leadership development goal for 2025 into 2026: To grow as a leader who not only develops managers in the business but also coaches people in mindset. I want to become someone who can help others level up in how they think, how they lead, and how they live both at work and outside of it.
📝 My biggest challenge to reaching this goal: Letting go of doing everything myself and trusting my team with more responsibility. I can lead well but I need to stay out of the day to day and give my team more room to step up.
