I’m Bill Mason, a former Blackhawk pilot turned executive coach, leadership mentor, and founder of Rocket Fuel Coach. 📝 Who I am and what I do: My name is William Johnson. We operate 9 Subway restaurants in Minnesota and South Dakota. My wife and I also have a photography and videography business, and she is a Disney travel agent. I am big on fitness, faith, and helping people change their lives through discipline and consistency. 📝 My 1 big leadership development goal for 2025 into 2026: To grow as a leader who not only develops managers in the business but also coaches people in mindset. I want to become someone who can help others level up in how they think, how they lead, and how they live both at work and outside of it. 📝 My biggest challenge to reaching this goal: Letting go of doing everything myself and trusting my team with more responsibility. I can lead well but I need to stay out of the day to day and give my team more room to step up.

Hello Everyone! My name is Ashley Marsh. After years of success in New Mexico, I have brought my dedication to Green Cleaning Practices and love for creating spotless, welcoming spaces to the Florida Panhandle. My mission is to make every environment shine, leaving a lasting first impression through quality, care, and attention to detail. My Q4 Goals are to get 3 contracts and to find employees. My Big goal for leadership development is for personal growth. That means a lot since I have a new business. I must come out of my comfort zone, network, go door to door, find employees, and also find facilities to clean. My biggest challenge is that there is a lot of competition so many facilities are just going for price over quality.
