“Reset the Mind. Realign the Heart. Restart the Day.” This is a quick but powerful 30-minute inner reset to clear mental clutter, regulate emotions, and realign your mindset for the week. not perfectly, but intentionally. 💛 ⏰ 30-Minute Reset Routine 🧘🏽‍♀️ Minute 0–3 | Pause + Breathe Sit still.Breathe in through your nose for 4 secondsHold for 4Release for 6 Say silently:“I am safe. I am present. I am here.” This shifts your nervous system from survival mode to calm. ✍🏽 Minute 3–8 | Mental Release Write or say out loud: - What’s heavy on my mind right now? - What am I carrying that isn’t mine? - What thoughts are draining me? Then declare:“I release what I cannot control.” ❤️ Minute 13–18 | Emotional Check-In Ask: - What am I feeling? - Why am I feeling it? - What do I actually need?
