⏰ 30-Minute Reset Routine
🧘🏽♀️ Minute 0–3 | Pause + Breathe
Sit still.Breathe in through your nose for 4 secondsHold for 4Release for 6
Say silently:“I am safe. I am present. I am here.”
This shifts your nervous system from survival mode to calm.
✍🏽 Minute 3–8 | Mental Release
Write or say out loud:
- What’s heavy on my mind right now?
- What am I carrying that isn’t mine?
- What thoughts are draining me?
Then declare:“I release what I cannot control.”
❤️ Minute 13–18 | Emotional Check-In
Ask:
- What am I feeling?
- Why am I feeling it?
- What do I actually need?
Then meet the need:
- Rest
- Clarity
- Encouragement
- Boundaries
- Support
- Stillnes
🌱 Minute 18–23 | Inner Alignment
Say:“What does the healed version of me choose today?”
Choose one:
- Peace over pressure
- Clarity over chaos
- Discipline over distraction
- Faith over fear
- Rest over rush
🔥 Minute 23–27 | Intentional Reset
Set 3 intentions for today:
- One mental intention
- One emotional intention
- One practical intention
Example:
- Mental: “I will guard my thoughts.”
- Emotional: “I will respond, not react.”
- Practical: “I will finish what matters most.”
🙏🏽 Minute 27–30 | Seal the Reset
Say aloud:“Today is reset. My mind is clear. My spirit is aligned. My emotions are regulated. My steps are ordered. I move forward in peace.”
Today’s affirmation:“I don’t have to carry yesterday into today.”
