Welcome! Let me introduce myself!
Hi everyone, I’m Meredith. I’m a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, trauma specialist, and the founder of Meredith B Kassner Hypnotherapy and Long Island Trauma Healing. I am a volunteer firefighter, EMT, dog mama to Maisie, and the fun auntie to two wonderful humans. My work lives at the crossroads of science, intuition, and the quiet intelligence of the subconscious. I help people untangle anxiety, release old survival patterns, and rebuild inner steadiness. Much of my heart is devoted to supporting first responders and anyone who carries the weight of other people’s emergencies. I know what that life feels like, both from the inside and as a guide on the outside. This community is a place for learning, unlearning, and reconnecting with the deeper self beneath the noise. Expect hypnotic tools, grounded conversations, gentle challenges, and spaces to grow at your own pace. I’m here to teach, support, and cheer you on as you step into more ease and inner freedom. Feel free to introduce yourself to the community. I am glad you’re here. Let’s create something good together.
Welcome! Let me introduce myself!

Frustration is ok
Negative emotions are not necessarily bad emotions. As human beings, we are complex creatures and everyone gets angry sometimes and everyone gets frustrated sometimes. Especially running a small business, I get frustrated with myself a lot because I feel like I am pouring my heart and soul into things and not getting anything in return. I have to remind myself that success is not linear and to give myself some grace, especially this time of year. Have a lovely night everyone.

Practical, Emotionally Supportive Tips for This Holiday Season: Day Five
Decide Your "NO" Ahead of Time. You do not need to interact with everyone, go to every event, or stay anywhere you feel uncomfortable. Identify those people, events, and situations that you want to avoid and opt out. It's OK. Saying NO is self care.
