Big win.. Thank you for making that post. i purchased a totalGym evolve.
i started on 24 of March at 460 pounds.Today 4/7/26 i weighed in at a real 442.5 pounds. I started the atkins a week prior. i’ve been watching Mike D. Hybrid resistance.. he has some workouts for obesely overweight people on the Total gym , I won’t lie to you. I also have a Tony little gazelle.(I hope we can call that a hybrid resistance workout?) it’s low impact on the knees. I use a walker to get around for no reason, but I’m fat.It’s got shocks and you can adjust the resistance.i’ve been taking it real slow taking it easy. and enjoying the results. my first goal is 350 pounds. maybe I should set it at 400. What do you think?
if you blow the picture up, you can see my backyard I get to work out on my deck with the creek flowing in front of me makes it real pleasant.
