Being shorter than most of the competition means you have to play smarter. Crafty moves and quick thinking are your best friend.
Getting blocked can be one of the worst feelings as a hooper. That’s why you need to master the hook shot!
It allows you to lay the ball up right over a defender no matter their height. It’s virtually unguardable… the only factor is can you make the shot.
