Instead of our regular daily check-in today, let’s have a little fun with a quick home workout challenge. No gym required—just a few minutes and a little effort!
Today’s Challenge:
✅ 30 Push-ups (modify on your knees or elevate your hands if needed)
✅ 30 Bodyweight Squats
✅ 20 Lunges (10 per leg)
✅ 20 Superman Raises
✅ 30-Second Plank
✅ 20 Glute Bridges
✅ 25 Mountain Climbers (per side if you’re feeling ambitious, or 25 total if you’re just getting started)
Bonus: Finish with a 15-30 minute walk outside if you can. 🌞🚶
