This morning I tried to put the excuses, stress, and mental fatigue aside and signed up for spin class.
Honestly, I could have easily stayed in bed. Nobody would have known. Nobody would have blamed me. But I got up and went anyway.
And it was one of the best decisions I’ve made all week.
Now I feel energized, my head is clear, and I’m ready to deal with whatever bullshit gets thrown at me today 😂
Sometimes the hardest part is just showing up. The workout itself is the easy part.
