🎉 Welcome to The HuRU Crew! 🏷️✨
Meet Nice People. Make Great Friends. Build Cool Communities. Hey there, friend 👋 If you’re reading this, you’ve wandered into something brand new - something kinda quirky, kinda brilliant, and definitely built with you in mind. This isn’t a guru circle or a sales pitch party. Nope. This is where the weird, the warm, and the wonderful people come to hang out, help out, and shout out other cool humans. We’re still putting the snacks on the table, but soon this place will be full of: 🫶 Creators & community builders 💬 Random, late-night idea sharers 🚀 Folks building businesses (or just building relationships) 🎨 The occasionally unhinged doodle from our Name Badge mascot... So drop a comment below or even better, create your own post. Or do both! Whichever you choose... answer this: 💥 Hu R U? And, what do U do? Tell us something unexpected, chill, or wildly unimportant about yourself. No pressure. Just fun. Let the randomness begin. 💫
HuRU Crew 🧠🤝 | Let’s Talk Networking Strategy for 2026
Networking in 2026 is not about collecting business cards, LinkedIn connections, or names in your phone you’ll never text (spoiler alert - that hasn't worked for years, if ever). It’s about building real relationships on purpose. If your “networking strategy” is: - Show up - Smile - Pitch - Disappear ...we need to upgrade that software 😄 A Smarter Networking Strategy for 2026 1️⃣ Give First. Always. The fastest way to stand out? Be useful. Make introductions. Share insight. Offer support. No scorekeeping. 2️⃣ Be HuRU Authentic. People don’t connect with polished personas—they connect with real humans. Know Hu U R and show up as that person. 3️⃣ Depth > Volume. Ten meaningful relationships beat 100 shallow ones every single time. Stop “networking.” Start connecting. 4️⃣ Listen Like It Matters (because it does). Ask better questions. Be curious. Listen to understand, not to reload your pitch. 5️⃣ Be Consistent, Not Transactional. Real networks are built in the follow-up, the check-in, the “this made me think of you” moments. 6️⃣ Mix Online + Offline Intentionally. LinkedIn, DMs, texts, coffee, events—use all of it, but with intention and alignment. 7️⃣ Set a Simple Goal. Why are you networking this year? Growth? Opportunity? Community? Get clear—or you’ll drift. Networking done right isn’t about who can help you next. It’s about who you’re becoming known as over time. 🔥 HuRU Crew Check-In: 👉 What’s ONE networking habit you’re committing to in 2026? Drop it below 👇Or drop an emoji that sums up your current networking vibe 😎🤔🚀 Let’s build networks that actually mean something.

Keep It Simple
"Connection doesn’t require complexity. Just clarity and kindness." Trying to be impressive often backfires. Just be clear and be real. Whether you’re introducing yourself or sharing a big idea—simplicity wins. Let people see you. Not your highlight reel. Your Turn: Re-introduce yourself in one or two simple sentences. Not your resume - just the real you. Let’s meet the person behind the profile. 👇
