Hello lovely people,
This week’s recordings are now up and ready when you are.
Mat Pilates Core is there waiting for you — a session focused on the abdominals and hips. Fair warning: your abs and hips may have words afterwards. A strong, steady session to help build support through the body and get things moving again.
Week 7 Vinyasa is also now up.
This week is about steady consolidation — building capacity now that we’ve got all the bits. Less about learning new things and more about bringing it together, finding flow, and letting the practice start to feel more familiar in your body.
Whether you want to repeat the class, move at your own pace, or simply get all your bits moving again, the recordings are there for you.
Individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD, or you can access everything in the community for $70 USD per month — classes, recordings and the growing movement library.
