Hello everyone, A warm welcome to those of you who have recently joined our private Skool platform. This space has been created to give you steady, practical access to your practice - on your terms. If you’ve already had a look around, you’ll see a small library of free sessions available to you with your current membership. These are there for you to return to as often as you like, and to begin shaping a personal library that actually suits your body, your time, and your needs - building it over time by adding the classes that work for you. Each week, I upload three recordings from our live classes. These are available for you to access anytime, allowing you to build consistency without needing to be in the room. Access is available to each session for approximately $13 AUD ($10 USD). Full access is available to the entire libraby for $98 AUD per month ($70 AUS) Over the next two weeks, I’ll be adding a series of short, focused sessions - around 15 minutes each - designed to support specific areas such as hips, shoulders, and back care. These are simple, direct, and intended to be easy to integrate into your day. This platform is not about doing more. It’s about working with what is in front of you, and building something steady from there. If there is something specific you are trying to manage - pain, stiffness, uncertainty, or even just where to begin please reach out. Good morning all Just a quick one to let you know that I have uploaded all the recordings from this weeks live sessions. Mat Pilates Functional fitness Vinyasa week 9 You can ‘rent’ them for $10 us (about $13) and add them into your library. Remember your library is your to build full of the things you want and need. Hello to you all and welcome. I really appreciate you taking the time to become a member and to let me know why you are here. Many of you have answered that you are trying to find ways in the busyness of your lives to move more mindfully and more effectively. I want to ask- what confuses you about movement classes and how can I help you find ways to reduce confusion and to find a clear path to build a steady and consistent relationship with movement. A path that works for you and one that supports you in your life. Just a thought… A wombat does not try to be a flamingo. They have very different needs physically and emotionally. Maybe this is where we all start. Acceptance and then building from there. What do you need if you accept where we are and then work out what we need from there… X jo

Mat Pilates - Core Method #3/26
Hello all! Just a quick heads up to let you know a new Mat pilates session has been uploaded this morning. What You can expect from todays session (from all mat pilates sessions) Mat Pilates – Core Method A structured class grounded in the original mat work of Joseph Pilates. Exercises build progressively, developing control, strength and coordination from the centre outward. Expect clear instruction, aligned movement and steady pacing with a focus on quality over quantity. You’ll build deep trunk strength, improve stability, strengthen hips and shoulders, and increase mobility and body awareness. With consistent practice, results are typically felt within 4-6 sessions.
