Introduction
Hi everyone! Two years ago, my wife and I purchased our first rental property, and since then, I’ve been fully focused on learning everything I can about real estate. We’re currently looking for our second flip, but like many starting out, we’re limited by capital. I came across Marcin through Brandon Turner’s podcast, and it immediately clicked—this is the path I need to follow to take things to the next level and grow in this business. I’m excited to learn more about raising capital, building strong partnerships, and scaling a successful real estate business.
