Introduction
Hello everyone! Just joined the community and looking forward to learning. I am in Dallas, but invest remotely in the Midwest primarily focused on distressed SFHs. Currently bulk of my PMLs are self-directed IRA (SDIRA) owners. I collaborate with custodian companies by offering educational workshops and providing educational contents.
