Meds Ferrous sulfate, Benzonate 100mg 1 cap Zithromax 2 pak 250mg, Amoxicillin-pot clavulanate, 875÷125mg, 1 tablet, Ammonium lactate 12 percent, Cipro, Atorvastin calcium 40mg, Diclofenac sodium, Acetaminophen, Cyclobenzaprine hcl(before bed), 10mg, Oyscp 500+D, Gabapentin 300mg, Aspirin, Acetaminophen. I am on no medication when I changed from Elder care & went to a PA next door in one lab test this is what she prescribing.
