We honor each other’s humanity. 3. Share, Don’t Diagnose Feel free to share what has helped you, but avoid giving medical, legal, or professional diagnoses. Encourage others to seek help when needed. 4. Protect Confidentiality What’s shared here stays here. We take privacy seriously so everyone can feel safe to open up. 5. No Hate Speech or Harmful Behavior We do not tolerate bullying, discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that harms another member. 6. Crisis Support If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please reach out to local emergency services or crisis hotlines.This community does not replace professional therapy or emergency care. 7. Here’s a quick guide to help you feel at home and know exactly how to use everything. 1. Start With the “Start Here” Section This is the best place to begin. You’ll find: - The Welcome Post - Community Guidelines - A “Introduce Yourself” thread - Tips for navigating the community Take your time. There’s no rush. 2. How to Navigate the Spaces (Categories) You’ll see different spaces along the left side (on desktop) or under the menu icon (on mobile).Each space has a clear purpose: • Daily Hope – Encouragement, grounding reminders, and gentle check-ins. • Mental Health & Healing – Discussions around anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional wellness. • Weekly LIVE Sessions – Live meeting links, times, and replays. • Questions & Support – Ask for help or talk through what you’re facing. • Stories of Hope – Community wins, breakthroughs, and inspiration. • Resource Library – Journaling prompts, worksheets, tools, and crisis resources. Click any space to explore posts related to that topic. 3. How to Filter Posts by Category If the main feed feels busy, you can filter it to only show posts from a specific space. Here’s how: On desktop: - Look at the left sidebar. - Click the space you want (ex: Daily Hope). - The feed will instantly filter to ONLY show posts from that category. On mobile: - Tap the menu button (three lines). - Tap the space name you want to view. - You’ll now see only posts from that space. This helps you focus on exactly what you came here for — encouragement, resources, healing, or support — without feeling overwhelmed. 4. You Can Post or Comment Anytime This is your community. You’re welcome to: - Share your thoughts - Ask for support - Comment on someone else’s post - Join a discussion - Or read quietly without posting at all

The Classroom is where all of our free mental-health mini-courses and guided lessons will live. It’s a simple, distraction-free space where you can learn at your own pace, without pressure or deadlines. Inside the Classroom, you’ll find: • Short, supportive mini-courses • Step-by-step lessons • Journaling prompts • Reflections • Slides you can read even on slow internet • Tools you can revisit anytime you need grounding How to Use It: 1. Click on Classroom in the top menu. 2. Choose the course you want to start. 3. Open the first module and click through the slides. 4. Read slowly and take in what resonates. 5. Use the reflection and journaling prompts whenever you want deeper clarity. 6. Return anytime — your progress is saved automatically. There’s no right or wrong way to move through the material.These lessons are here to support you through tough moments, quiet moments, and anything life brings your way. This is your space to learn, heal, and grow — gently, at your own pace.
