We all arrive here from different battles. Treat each person’s experience with compassion, patience, and kindness.
2. No Judgment, Shame, or Criticism
This is a space for hope and healing — not comparison or negativity. We honor each other’s humanity.
3. Share, Don’t Diagnose
Feel free to share what has helped you, but avoid giving medical, legal, or professional diagnoses. Encourage others to seek help when needed.
4. Protect Confidentiality
What’s shared here stays here. We take privacy seriously so everyone can feel safe to open up.
5. No Hate Speech or Harmful Behavior
We do not tolerate bullying, discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that harms another member.
6. Crisis Support
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please reach out to local emergency services or crisis hotlines.This community does not replace professional therapy or emergency care.
7. Stay Engaged with Care
You’re free to participate at your own pace. Read, comment, share, or simply receive what you need. Show up in the way that feels right for you.
8. Keep Promotion Out of the Space
To protect the community, no selling, recruiting, or offering paid services of any kind. This space is for support, not solicitation.
9. Be Kind to Yourself
Healing doesn’t have a timeline. Give yourself permission to be where you are. You belong here.
10. Help Us Keep This a Safe Place
If you see something concerning, report it to the admin team so we can take care of it promptly.
