A lot of people have criticized the way I work with some of my juniors, but the truth is, most of them don’t do what I do, or see what I see every day. I’ve always told my players the same thing: I keep it 100. I’ll be real with you, I’ll tell you the truth, and I’ll always explain why I do what I do. Sometimes the hard way is the only way to get real growth. I’m all about supporting players, but I’m not here to baby anyone. My job is to help them become stronger, sharper, and ready for life, not just the game.
