Cloudflared tunnel can't reach origin
I’ve been troubleshooting an issue with my Cloudflared tunnel where it fails to reach my internal service (Plex running inside Kubernetes). I keep getting this error loop in the logs:
2025-11-12T02:55:04Z ERR error="Unable to reach the origin service. The service may be down or it may not be responding to traffic from cloudflared: dial tcp 10.43.111.193:80: i/o timeout"
The tunnel is active and shows up when I run cloudflared tunnel list. This is my GitHub repo https://github.com/heroaero-dev/HomeLab/tree/main/infrastructure/controllers/base/cloudflared
