Active Recovery / Off-Day Workout
This is something I like to do in between my 3-day split. On “off days” I stay active with endurance work and bodyweight exercises, running/walking, simple movements, whatever I can fit in. Take advantage of those opportunities to move.
Today’s workout:
🏃 3-mile run
5 rounds of:
• 5 pull-ups
• 10 squats
• 15 push-ups
It’s simple but effective. Push yourself to be the best version of yourself every day. Build the habits and rituals that shape who you are. Consistency is everything, show up.
