Herb of the week: Chamomile
Herb of the Week: Chamomile 🌼
Chamomile is one of those herbs I always come back to. It’s gentle, comforting, and just feels like a deep breath in a cup.
I use it most for winding down in the evening, calming an upset stomach, or when the kids (or me 😅) are feeling a little on edge.
If you want to keep it simple:
Just steep a teaspoon or two of dried chamomile in hot water for about 5–10 minutes. That’s it.
You can also use it for things like baths, skin compresses, or even a light hair rinse.
I’m curious — have you used chamomile before? Or is there another herb you’d like me to share next?
