Chamomile Tea (My Go-To)
This is the way I use chamomile most often. Nothing fancy, just comforting.
You’ll need:
1–2 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers
Hot water
Pour hot (not boiling) water over the chamomile and let it steep for about 5–10 minutes.
I usually cover the cup while it steeps so the goodness stays in.
I like this in the evening, especially on nights when my body feels tired but my mind won’t slow down.
Chamomile Bath or Soak
This is one of my favorite gentle self-care remedies — especially for stress, sore muscles, or skin that feels irritated.
You’ll need:
¼–½ cup dried chamomile flowers
A pot of hot water
Pour the hot water over the chamomile and let it steep for 15–20 minutes.
Strain, then add the liquid to a warm bath.
I think of this as letting the day rinse off — slow, quiet, and calming.
