Scheduling is difficult....
It sure seems like it would be easy. But it's not. We're trying to get an early start now, so have already started. And that means some customers are going to get an early install. And frankly, some customers don't like that......EVEN THOUGH they can simply unplug their lights until they're ready for them to start coming on. It's very challenging beyond 20 or 30 customers to start taking install and takedown date requests because you'll have weather and personnel issues to deal with as well. It's just challenging. A good idea would be to stay in communication (even if via mass email) with everyone to give them an opportunity to object to your early install. Ugh. Tough day.
