Role Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the a client who is a wellness practitioner with simple, repeatable tasks. You will follow clear SOPs and complete “task rabbit”–style administrative items assigned inside Asana. Core Responsibilities: - Complete task-based assignments inside Asana - Transfer formatted copy into website templates - Add links, images, or updates to pages (no design or strategy needed) - Organize files, folders, and assets in Google Drive - Upload content or update pages based on step-by-step instructions - Create simple Loom walkthroughs as needed 6. Hours & Commitment - 5–8 hours/week to start - Ongoing, long-term support if it’s a good fit - Flexible workload that may increase over time, including more specialized areas + increase in pay depending on how it all goes! We would really love for someone to grow in their skills with us and feel like one of the team :) 7. Tools & Skills Required - Comfortable working inside Asana - Basic Google Drive & Google Docs knowledge - Able to follow step-by-step SOPs without supervision - Bonus (not required): experience in ShowIt, Kit, or Mighty Networks(No strategy, writing, or creative responsibilities.) 8. Timezone / Communication Expectations - Preferred to be available during 9-2 MST, but flexible with this! In the beginning, I would like to collab on calls (paid for any time on those calls, of course!) - 24–48 hour turnaround on assigned tasks - Communication via Slack + Asana comments 9. Role Summary Webinar/Masterclass Support and Management - Tech check with host / Zoom support - Record each webinar - Admit participants - Manage Chat/Answer questions (I will provide a list of anticipated questions and answers) - Muting - Remove unruly participants (if needed) - Spotlighting - Post registration links/other info at the appropriate, pre-determined times - Inspire engagement - Possibly manage a poll - Give your thoughts post webinar about what could be improved 6. Hours & Commitment Approx 1.25 hours, 2x per week (total of 2.5 hours per week) Ongoing 7. Tools & Skills Required Zoom - have to have managed the chat for a Zoom webinar/meeting with minimum of 10 people before 8.
