Hello Business Owners If you want to post a job or contract opportunity in the community, here’s what must be included. This keeps the group clean, reduces spam, and protects the VAs: Required Fields 1. Business Name Your registered business or the name you operate under. 2. Website or Social Link A real, public-facing link so VAs can verify who you are. 3. Contact Email A business email address where applicants can reach you. 4. Compensation Range Clear, transparent pay scale — hourly or project-based. (Must align with the community standard: $15/hr USD minimum.) 5. Role Summary What you actually need. No vague “I need a VA.” Break down the core responsibilities in 3–6 bullet points. 6. Hours & Commitment How many hours per week and whether the role is ongoing, temporary, or project-based. 7. Tools & Skills Required Platforms they must know any non-negotiable skills. 8. Timezone / Communication Expectations If you require overlap or specific response windows, be upfront. 9. Start Date When you want them onboard. 10. Application Instructions Exactly how you want them to introduce themselves or submit info. (Examples: email you a Loom video, send a portfolio, attach a resume, fill out a form.) --- Frequency: 1 post every 48 hours Not Allowed / Will Be Removed – Posts without pay listed – “Looking for cheap VAs” or lowball offers – No-business-name job posts – Suspicious offers, unrealistic demands, or vague one-liners – Requests for free work, trials, or unpaid tests – MLM, crypto, or solicitation of any kind
