If you don't have a website yet...
Some members are holding back on completing their VA Profile Form because they don't have a website, cannot take on the added expense, don't know how to build one. [BTW I didn't have a website for almost 10 years]
But if having a website will make you feel more confident, you can build a super simple and basic website for $1 month in 1 day.
