we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. It took me 6 years to understand this, and I'll explain it in 2 minutes.
1. The less you say, the more your words matter. People rarely remember who talked the most. They remember who spoke with wisdom, clarity, and purpose. 2. Don’t take everything personally. Most people are too busy dealing with their own fears, insecurities, and struggles to think about you as much as you think they do. 3. What you focus on becomes your reality. Focus on problems, and life feels heavy. Focus on possibilities, growth, and gratitude, and life begins to open in unexpected ways. 4. One day, your pain will make sense. The heartbreak, rejection, failure, and disappointment you curse today may become the reason you are stronger tomorrow. 5. Every person enters your life for a reason. Some come to love you. Some come to teach you. Some come to wake you up. And some come to show you what you should never accept again. 6. Never stop trying new things. The moment you stop growing, life starts feeling smaller. Curiosity keeps the mind alive and the soul young. 7. You can't control everything—and that's okay. Some battles are won by effort. Others are won by acceptance. Wisdom is knowing the difference. 8. The people meant for you won't require you to betray yourself. Real connections do not demand that you shrink, pretend, or abandon your values to be loved. 9. Time is your most valuable possession. Money returns. Opportunities return. Even relationships sometimes return. Time never does. 10. At the end of the day, you must live with yourself. Not with other people's opinions. Not with their expectations. Just with the choices you make and the person you become. Life became much lighter when I stopped trying to impress everyone... Stopped chasing approval. Stopped forcing outcomes. Stopped carrying things that were never mine to carry. Because in the end... Peace doesn't come from having everything. It comes from understanding what truly matters—and letting go of what doesn't.
Advice from the best psychiatrist.
1. Your mind looks for proof of what you believe. If you constantly tell yourself that life is unfair, your brain will find evidence to support that story. If you believe opportunities exist, it will notice those too. 2. It's not always reality—it's your perspective. Two people can experience the same situation and see it completely differently. Your beliefs shape what you notice. 3. Negative beliefs create a negative focus. A mind trained to expect disappointment will keep searching for reasons to feel disappointed, even when good things are present. 4. Change the questions you ask yourself. Instead of asking, "Why is this happening to me?" ask, "What is this teaching me?" Better questions create better thinking. 5. Train your brain to notice what's going right. Most people focus on what's missing. Happier people focus on what's working, what's improving, and what's possible. 6. Small shifts in thinking create big shifts in feeling. You don't need a new life to feel better. Sometimes you simply need a new way of looking at your life. 7. Your brain is always proving you right. This is how confirmation bias works. Whatever you repeatedly believe, your mind will gather evidence to support it. 8. Be careful with the story you tell yourself. The words you repeat internally become the lens through which you experience life. 9. The way you interpret today shapes your tomorrow. Thoughts become habits. Habits become attitudes. Attitudes become your experience of life. 10. You cannot always control what happens to you. But you can control the meaning you give to it. That meaning often determines whether you suffer or grow. Your mind is always listening... and it is always looking for evidence. Choose your thoughts carefully, because the stories you repeat today become the reality you experience tomorrow.
