hi everyone! great call today! we talked about the real transformation that happens when you stop trying to control your patterns and start accepting the emotions underneath them you may be aware of your people-pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-independence or fixer patterns but awareness alone doesn’t always create freedom these patterns were often created as survival mechanisms at some point, a part of you learned, “If I please, I’ll be loved” “If I’m perfect, I’ll be safe” or “If I do everything myself, I won’t be let down” but the pattern is not who you are. it’s simply something you learned to feel safe letting go isn’t about forcing yourself to change overnight it’s about observing the old pattern, feeling the emotion behind it, and choosing let it go to feel more whole and complete when you stop trying to manage everyone else’s emotions stop needing the outcome to look a certain way and begin accepting where you are right now…you shift into that new version of you that wanted to express itself embodiment begins by loving the part of you that created the pattern, and allowing yourself to become free! This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Triggers are Notifications
A trigger is a notification: Similar to the red dot notification on our feed, the trigger remains until we begin to acknowledge and read it. We have several choices: 1. Ignore 2. Distract ourselves (with socializing/avoiding, TV., doom scrolling, substances, etc.) 3. Read, acknowledge, and process it 4. Blame the messenger and give them the power over our emotion The emotional reaction/response we feel as a result of a person's actions or behavior are showing us the crack... The crack is where the pain from the past seeped in that made us feel a certain way. This often resulted from a 'conditional' love response, from a parental figure, that was not consistent with our desire and need. And so the subconscious loop begins... as our inner child continued to attempt to seek and receive the the desire or need. This invites similar characters, in different suits, into our lives to continue to play out that script. As we become more conscious/aware of the root, it can ignite a dark night of the soul. The initial cracking of that protective barrier is uncomfortable. This can sometimes feel, in the moment, even more painful than the ignorance. Substantial change can be, at the very least, 'uncomfortable,' because it is 'unfamiliar.' The ego may desire to cling to what we know, what is predictable, and what we believe to be true. This may cause one to retreat, and yet, it's practically impossible to go back to 'sleep' after we're 'awake.' The choice is ours to lean into that pain and truth.... Evolve or repeat. This can come with grief, for who you have been, who others' in your life have or haven't been to you in relation to the shadow. It may require a tremendous amount of forgiveness within ourselves. It calls us to give ourselves the unconditional love that may not have been modeled, received, or desired. The truth is, we have choices on what we invite, tolerate, and allow. That 'work' of acknowledging, feeling, releasing, and re-patterning takes effort, support, and a whole lot of grace and self-compassion.

The Most Powerful Reset Is Rest.
This weekend reminded me of something: Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest. Not quit. Not avoid. Actually recover. I took a slow Saturday, went to bed ridiculously early, and got more done Sunday than I probably would’ve forcing myself through exhaustion. I think we’ve normalized running ourselves into the ground and calling it ambition. Anyone else learning this the hard way lately?

Train Your Brain to Call It Safe ✨(Rewiring Your Reality🪄)
Most people wait for the fear to go away before they act. But that’s not how transformation works. Your brain is designed to keep you within what is known, predictable, and familiar. The moment you step into something new, it signals uncertainty… and labels it as danger. Not because it is dangerous, but because it is unfamiliar. So what do we do? We return to the past. We repeat the same emotions. We choose the same behaviors. And in doing so, we keep creating the same life. If you truly want to change something, you have to be willing to step into the unknown… and stay there long enough for your brain and body to begin to recalibrate. Because every time you choose to act in spite of fear, you are teaching your nervous system a new experience. You are telling your body: 💫“This is safe. This is possible. This is me.”💫 💥 Repetition then becomes the bridge. What was once uncomfortable becomes familiar. What was once familiar becomes your new identity. So the question is not whether it feels scary. The real question is: ❓Can you move forward before your body has evidence? ❓Can you act greater than your environment, your emotions, and your past? Because the moment you do…you are no longer living as a memory of the past. You are creating a future. Do it anyway‼️
