Your next breakthrough is around “expression” The more you express yourself, the more you embrace the unknown and put out the energy of the real you If you feel blocked or stuck in your life right now… this may be the key to releasing the energy stored inside the body I know for me for years I held back expressing the real me I would put off uncomfortable conversations, I would not express how I felt… I would put off setting boundaries, and I would “wait until the time felt right” Even back in 2017 before I committed to daily youtube videos… I was holding back the real me and BEING who I learned to be Someone who tolerated a job I didn’t like and managers who reminded me of the childhood dynamic of control growing up The fear around expression for me was being afraid to disappoint people Was being judged or causing other people to feel tension What I realized for myself was this… Whether I made the choice to EXPRESS the real me or not… Either way… there is tension! Tension is either inside of me hidden and unexpressed… I’d feel frustrated with a job I hated and secretly resented my life I’d hold myself back from expressing the real me and resent myself or others for my situation Or if I EXPRESSED… There may be tension because that is not familiar and what if others feel tension due to me expressing the real me Prior to expressing I’d feel all sorts of ways in my body Before expressing how I felt to someone… putting out my first piece of content, etc TENSION is a part of the process! The key is choosing to express the real you because its who you choose to be! It is liberating to express it so it also leaves your body You will feel more free, more self accepting and have respect for yourself The key will be knowing that it is not your job to control how people respond to you Let your expression be the filter to which you attract the people who resonate with the real you and the repellant to those that don’t In what ways can you express yourself?

This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

How I Learned to Stop Pressuring Myself so Much
Let me tell you a story, back when I was younger, I used to put myself under way too much pressure. With things outside of my control. I would focus on the outputs, instead of the inputs. I would get mad at my self if I did not hit x amount of money made last month, or whatever. I now know this is nonsense and focusing on things outside of your control, it is the shortcut to misery. I now know not to worry at all about external results, just do the inputs, do the work, show up as best as you can, that is all you can do, some months will be worse than others, some better and etc, it is what it is. So hopefully you can learn from my mistake and this will honestly be the best thing you could do for your healing / mental health journey. Thank you for reading, hope it was valuable.
Simple Full Guide to Stress
Do you feel constantly stressed? Constantly on edge? Feeling anxious even when you are safe? If so, you can fix it. So let me tell you the simple guide to stress… Part 1: Why Stress is Bad Stress is really unhealthy. Having high stress, makes you fell uneasy even when you are meant to be safe, this will of course affect your mental health, relationships, work life, and a ton of other areas of your life that are important. This also leads of course to having a dysregulated nervous system, and to add more fuel to the fire, people with high stress, usually get more trauma as a result of that, because they put themselves in those types of situations. So it even affects your healing journey, which is why it is important you are equipped with the right mindset / practical advice to deal with it. Part 2: Mindset Having the right mindset is crucial to deal with stress, here are 5 tips I can give you: 1. Cross that bridge when it comes to it, I love this one, basically what I mean by this is, if you have a problem, like a job interview or whatever and it is a few weeks away, instead of stressing yourself over it before it happens, say to yourself: “I’ll cross that bridge when it comes to it.” This even works for micro events too, not just macro, if you want to approach someone, instead of worrying about the worst case scenario, use this mindset again, this is very powerful for living a present, less stressful life. 2. The worst case scenario is fine, I mainly mean this in terms of people who are trying to make a living from their business or getting their dream career / job, I want to say that no matter what happens, you should know your worst case scenario is still a good life, and you should be willing to accept that worst case, so you can avoid stress. 3. Detach from the outcome, instead of worrying and putting pressure and obsessing over the income goal you want to hit for a month, or whatever, instead of that focus on the input's only, focusing on things outside of your control and placing your self worth related to those things outside of your control will f*ck you up mentally. 4. You get to do it, instead of thinking you have to go to the gym, or you have to go to your job, be like: “I get to go to my job.” This is much better, because really your life would be worse of you did not have a job, or if you were unable to excercise, this will help avoid stress tremendously. 5. Live a slow life, one of the biggest reason people get stressed out of there mind, they try to live such a fast, speedy life, they rush everything, they think they have to always be checking there messages, always learning something even while they cook or whatever, and while speed is definitely important, multi tasking and things of that nature is not good, instead take time each day to reflect, to just read a chill book for example, no stress of constantly checking your messages.

If it’s meant to be it will be … is this an excuse for detachment… a Santa clause saying to keep us finding hope in the unknown … or … do you believe that your higher power has a plan for you , truly . I haven’t felt that friendly… people are actually horrible. I have to walk into a situation that was very clearly the start of an altercation It’s a time of year that is not my favorite … And I feel like life is feeling more like the Truman show of scripted bs and nothing organically real… Not sure what I believe anymore . I quit all my things and modified my life to fit real job and real money that I don’t have to compromise for . Tomorrow I have a meeting with someone about being a human trafficking advocate , and I haven’t wanted to be involved in something so much in a long time . I was thinking about going to Sedona , and to solidify my feeling “good to go” outside of all the adversity I’ve had going to the things already , it’s easy to travel , and some are less helpful in arrangements … So I applied for another opportunity there . To see if it would solidify the pull for me to to go , since it’s a lot of resources and energy . I have things coming up that i feel like give me a break from all the trying to be my own boss . What’s meant to be … Fingers crossed it starts happening in undeniable ease
