the pressure of having kids or getting married CURE...
Have any of you ever felt pressure to have kids or to get married and found yourself resisting the process, and then had a shift that allowed you to let go and then you felt more free? Also, have any of you made that shift and then also had kids or found your person? Share below your stories and insights! I was talking to a friend of mine who feels the pressure to have kids and was helping her get to the core of the desire and energy. I personally don't feel this pressure but many people do at a certain age and especially women. what shifted for you? I'd love to read them. I'm making a video on this right now, and I'd love to share your insights with the audience to help people also your shares will inspire others in the comments!

There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

1. Your mind often imagines worst-case scenarios to protect you But most fears never happen the way your thoughts predict them. Anxiety is not always reality. 2. You are more loved than your anxious mind allows you to believe Sometimes anxiety convinces you that you are alone, unwanted, or forgotten—but that is not the truth. 3. Stop feeding thoughts that destroy your peace The more attention you give negative thinking, the stronger it becomes. Protect your mind carefully. 4. You are stronger than you think You have already survived painful moments you once believed would completely break you. 5. It’s okay to struggle sometimes You do not need to pretend to be strong every single day. Speak about your feelings instead of carrying them alone. 6. Healing is not linear Some days you will feel calm. Other days your mind will feel heavy again. Both are part of healing. 7. You do not need to figure out your entire future tonight Life unfolds step by step. Focus on the next breath, the next hour, the next day. 8. Rest is important too An exhausted mind overthinks more, fears more, and struggles more. Sometimes your brain simply needs peace. 9. Not every thought deserves your belief Thoughts are mental activity—not always truth. Learn to observe them without obeying all of them. 10. You matter more than you realize Your presence, your heart, your kindness, your existence—these things matter deeply, even when your mind forgets it. 11. Overthinking is often fear searching for certainty But life will never become completely predictable. Peace begins when you stop trying to control every outcome. 12. You deserve softness too Speak to yourself more gently. You would not talk to someone you love the way you sometimes talk to yourself. 13. Being sensitive is not weakness Feeling deeply simply means your heart experiences life intensely. 14. You are allowed to slow down You do not have to carry the entire world in your mind all the time. 15. This difficult season will not last forever
