hey everyone! awesome call today! we went deep on the Consciousness of Allowing, know that the thing you're seeking isn't something you need to attain but something you've forgotten is that it’s already within you so much of the mind's activity comes from trying to get an outcome instead of being in the present moment "If I achieve this goal..." "If I fix this problem..." "If I become that version of myself..." than I'll be good enough but notice what happens when you're fully present…think about a beautiful moment you've experienced recently maybe it was watching a sunset, spending time with someone you love, being with your pet, or enjoying a quiet moment were you thinking during that time? or were you allowing yourself to be in the flow? the mind often believes that thinking is what will save us many of our patterns are keeping us in the familiar survival mode the more present you feel, the less you force the results the more you allow, the less you need to control Albert Einstein said, "You cannot solve a problem from the same level of consciousness that created it." the more we accept where we are, the easier it becomes to SHIFT into a higher state of consciousness p.s.
