Given that this is 'High Vibe' tribe I figured this may be an interesting question to post..! What are some things that help get you into a high vibe state of being? Anything in particular high vibe experiences that already happened over the past week, or some experiences you'd like to incorporate more of into the next week to help raise your vibe?
For me some, a few of the 'high vibe' experiences of the week were swimming in the ocean, biking along the coast earlier today with some great music, and really getting into a lighthearted state when I was dancing in zumba class :) Also made a delicious ice cream sundae last night as well 🎈🦄
