omg, this was powerful too. I felt sad and shed a few tears during the process — like saying goodbye to my old people-pleasing behavior, to my disrespect to myself.
I put a reminder to do it everyday same with observation meditation.

Right now, I feel a mix of emotions something like bitter-sweet sadness or something. Like I released something I was holding on to for so long that was FAMILiar to me, but at the same time like a new season begins.
