Many people think time management is the key to success. I believe energy management is even more important.
You can have a perfectly organized calendar and still feel exhausted if your days are filled with constant context switching, distractions, and tasks that don't truly move the needle.
The biggest shift came when I stopped trying to do everything and started focusing on what mattered most. Protecting my energy allowed me to accomplish more in less time while feeling calmer throughout the day.
Because the goal isn't to squeeze more into your schedule. The goal is to create enough space to enjoy your life while still achieving your goals.
