Somatic Breath Ceremony Insights

I was waiting for this …it was such an incredible experience, I was thinking at one point that I coudn t continue to breath in that rhythm but then I start to cry and to release so much emotions…my hands was numb and tingling continuously even after i finished…I coudn t stop crying and now that I m writing again I start to cry cuz i understand I am able to do , I am able to create, I have the power within me, I am capable of a lot of things, I overcome so many things in my life till now…

This was a remember ✌️
