Me struggling in this moment with my old patterns…when I have thought that clear sky came into my life again I found myself to be visited about “what if this time will go different?what if this chance will change the things ? the past is knocking at my door and there is hope that maybe now will not be the same, I think the facts show me the right way but my brain wants to convince me to try again …tomorrow I ll celebrate my 37 th anniversary Such a blessing! Despite all, I am so lucky!

Frame technique

I was waiting for this …it was such an incredible experience, I was thinking at one point that I coudn t continue to breath in that rhythm but then I start to cry and to release so much emotions…my hands was numb and tingling continuously even after i finished…I coudn t stop crying and now that I m writing again I start to cry cuz i understand I am able to do , I am able to create, I have the power within me, I am capable of a lot of things, I overcome so many things in my life till now… This was a remember ✌️ Thank you 🙏🤗
