Pushing myself to be vulnerable and share this 🌹

This is something I wrote about my experience before joining high vibe tribe. It could possibly be a trigger someone who has gone through narcissistic abuse, I am not sure. I hesitated on sharing this but I wanted to because the woman who wrote this was so deeply sad and felt so trapped but the woman sharing this today, has broken free from that feeling and I went from being a victim of that sadness to being completely grateful for the experiences, I wouldn’t change my life for anything. I hope that this can show how truely incredible the high vibe tribe is! I wrote this 2 months ago, I finished the high vibe 101 course, yesterday. In that short time, doing the homework and meditations has changed my life ❤️🙏🏻🫶🏻

2 months ago I wrote in my journal:

If you would like to inflict the most possible amount of pain in all aspects of a human being. As in a spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical level. Well here is how. Find one who is young, not yet an adult but not illegal. Marry her before she becomes an adult and introduce her to drugs, which is something you must hide from her at first because that might be scary for an 18 year old. Have her babysit your son so you can sell drugs at night clubs. Work as you have always done, and she will have babies, and give you a home, she will raise your son like her own along with your three children. During this time you must make her fear you, she must be afraid to make mistakes, she must blame herself for everything. She must be given bits of love to keep her but shut her out and ignore her. Yell and scream at her, throw her against the wall, when she fights back say she is crazy and make her feel insane. Hold the bathroom door closed while she begs you to let her out, screaming for you to stop. tell her she so disgusting and she is lucky to be with you, no other man would put up with it. Break her stuff and hide things on her so she becomes completely out of her mind. Than when she breaks and tries to leave, you kick her out so she has nothing and no where to go. She comes back and you will do

This a couple more times, you will now do this specifically to her. When you let her come home after about 4 times you become the man she always begged for, so she hates herself and blames herself for everything. She doesn’t know what’s real anymore and she has to seek medical help because her mind is breaking down and so is her emotions. Now she will be diagnosed with a disorder but hide anything going on at home because she is going to protect her family. When CAS comes she will protect you, she will avoid going to court at all costs to protect you. Than when you realize you don’t need her, you decide you children do not either. You take her money, you make sure she continues to hate herself and feel worthless. You communicate with everyone you know while she will isolate and try to cope with the heartache and helplessness. She will have no freinds, no family, no where to go, no money, and no self worth. The cruel and dark part of the world will abuse her and traumatize her, almost kill her but leave her alive, so she can retraumatize herself everyday with CPTSD. If she makes it through this, she will be able to stand up to you, so this is where you must find a woman, that hates her as much as you do, and hates her kids enough to play this malicious game. You must feel so powerful by now, you are the master and she is your puppet.
