Day 2 Homework
My biggest insight from this exercise was realizing that I have a lot of protection mechanisms I didn’t know I use around love. Love equals pain, love isn’t safe, people I love leave me. Really love is safe, nurturing and expansive. The right people always meet me where I am. I am inherently worthy just by being me. I don’t have to chase love or abandon me.
