Anxiety isn't always loud.
Anxiety isn’t always loud… sometimes it’s just a quiet war with the unknown.
The mind fears what it cannot predict.
So it tries to control everything—thinking more, planning more, doing more.
But the more you try to control life, the more your mind believes something is wrong.
In Buddhist wisdom, suffering comes not from uncertainty…
but from our resistance to it.
We want guarantees in a world that was never meant to be certain.
Peace begins the moment you stop fighting the unknown
and start allowing it.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need to trust your ability to handle whatever comes.
Breathe.
Release control.
Return to the present.
“I don’t know what will happen…
but I trust myself to face it.”
That is where anxiety softens…
and inner peace begins. 🌿
