Gentle movement such as yoga, a walk, dancing, a bike ride, etc. can help to move that stored energy. This is also true of our environments. Feng shui experts say that when you move 27 items (it doesn't have to be exactly that number), the vital chi energy starts to circulate in your space, shaping a different energy field and new perspective.
