Yesterday, I received some incredible feedback from a Aveda regarding my recent proposal. They were very impressed, and was sent to corporate for further review. In short, the decision is out of there hands.
I'm proud because this is proof that my program/offer is institute-ready, which speaks volumes! See attached for their feedback.

⭐ - Larger barber programs might be better for referrals.
