Question about your IPAs

I find myself after creating a marketing strategy for myself is wasting too much time on my IPAs (income-producing activities) and its starting to drive me crazy! I am still struggling with length of time to complete them. I desire at least 2 hours, often go over. Should I be minimizing my time on these daily activities? Am I doing too much??

Here is my break down:

Submit 2 -3 proposals for more client work from my 3 different sites
Engage on 9 posts in LI, then 2 FB groups engage on 3 posts each
Create a post (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only) / Send out DMs to existing people in my network to connect with them on LI
Attend business networking events 2xs a month
