I thought it was gold. I poured in all my best ideas, stayed up late working on it, and finally launched it… and then… silence.

I focused on what I thought was cool, instead of what was useful.
I made it about me, instead of them.
Fast forward to today, and I always test my offers with my audience first. I ask questions, I check in, I see what they’re really struggling with before I create anything.
