Your offer isn't bad...(but here's 2 things it's missing)
(P.S. See my Black Friday Offer here: https://go.onlineplaybook.com/bf/) The Skool Games taught me something wild about your niche.... (And this post is worth the 2 mins it'll take to read) I've been to the Skool Games 7 times now. (that’s 45+ hours with Hormozi) Every time I’m there, I see the same thing: Complete beginners who’ve just had the biggest month of their life. Not because they spent a ton on ads, and rarely do these people have more than 2,000 followers. Why is it their biggest month? 2 reasons: 1. They followed a simple funnel. 2. They had an imposed deadline. So if that’s all you need to build a 10k, 20k, or 30k skool community…. What’s stopping you? It’s not your niche…. And it’s probably NOT your offer. For example, I’ve helped people in Muay Thai fighting win. I helped a girl, Gracie, who just gives relationship advice, win. I helped a new skooler without a community hit $24k in her first few weeks. Completely different niches. But what's crazy? The systems we used as far as content, sales pages, skool about pages, and emails…. They were all the same. Your offer, even though it’s likely in a different niche than mine, needs the same components to win. And likely a similar funnel flow. Because human psychology is UNIVERSAL. And you can use that to your advantage. I've spent 18 months generating $4M for my clients, and I've worked with everyone from Max Perzon-level brands to people building their first community from scratch. And here's what I've realized: A solid funnel converts whether you have 100 followers or 100,000. The content system that books calls for a relationship coach is the same one that books calls for a business consultant. But what actually separates the people making $30k it from the people stuck at $0? (from someone who was stuck 18 months ago, never having made my $1 online) It's whether they have someone helping them INSTALL the systems before they waste another year guessing.

Batman > Superman.
Who has the bigger fan following? -> Batman. Which superhero does every man compare themselves to? -> Batman. What dream car does every man want? -> Batmobile. But do you know why? Why is Batman so universally loved more despite being "weaker" than Superman? Batman can't fly or shoot lazers from his eyes. But that's the beauty of it. Everything about him is physically achievable. It's subconscious signalling. He's a billionaire, can fight, wears a supersuit and drives a supercar. Very difficult, but still achievable. Whereas superman is a literal alien. Impossible to replicate, no matter how hard you tried. Here's the lesson in all this... If you're selling info and your avatar is your past self... You want to think of your brand in the same way. Like batman, not superman. That's why you'll hear all the big info gurus say - "I was once exactly like you." "I'm not special." "I'm stupid, low IQ." "If I can do it, so can you. " Because if your audience thinks there's something exceptional about you... ...they'll immediately think it's unachievable for them because they don't share the same gift. They'll never believe in the dream. And they'll never buy from you either. Show your success but don't make it seem out of reach. Hope this helps - DH

Why You Can't Focus
Here’s why you can’t focus ⬇️ You don’t take enough breaks. You try to grind through the day, and your performance slowly dwindles until you’re making almost no progress. When you do this, your mind meanders and you get scattered. You do 20 different things with the scattered energy of a squirrel on crack. You spin yourself around in circles and your only results are exhaustion. Here’s what to do instead: Set a timer for 30 minutes and focus 100% on one task. Then take a break. Do that just a few times and you’ll get more done in 2 hours than you would’ve in 8 hours of half-focused slogging.
