Learn to dink with control even on the run
Most players practice dinking from a perfect, balanced position. But that’s not what happens in real points. This drill is designed to train: • Movement into the ball • Balance under pressure • Control while off-balance • Decision-making when fatigued If your dinks break down in games, it’s usually not your technique — it’s your footwork and positioning. This is how you bridge that gap. 👉 Use this drill to build consistency that actually transfers to match play.

Serve Change Up
Serve variation should be intentional — not random. Start with:• A consistent, deep serve• Clear targets (backhand, forehand, patterns) Only once your opponent starts to anticipate or read your patterns should you vary. Good options: - Corkscrew serve → disrupts timing and contact - Lob serve → changes visual + positioning - Key concept: Variation is most effective when it breaks a pattern your opponent has already adjusted to. The goal is not just to start the rally — it’s to gain an early advantage. Full Breakdowns on HOW to hit these serves technique and fundamentals inside premium - 03 Shot Library - Serve!
Serve Change Up
Attack - then what?
Most players speed up… then lose the next ball. Learn to attack AND reset so you stay in control of the rally. This is the difference between 3.5 and 4.5+ players. Comment RESET and I’ll send you more transition drills 👇

Return of Serve Footwork
If you feel rushed on your return of serve, your footwork may be costing you time. This small adjustment helps you move through the return more efficiently so you can: - stay balanced through contact - save time after the hit - get closer to the kitchen faster - earn better court positioning Better footwork = more time and better decisions.
