Today's Reflection | Echo
Today, I shared Teacher Binggeurae's reflection, "Echo," from the Binggeurae's Reflections section of the book Past-Life Healing and Gi-Tong. One sentence especially touched my heart this morning: «"Every person is infinitely more precious than we could ever imagine."» Just like the title suggests, every thought we hold and every word we speak travels out into the world and, like an echo, eventually returns to us. Today, I invite you to pause and ask yourself: Do I truly cherish myself? Am I kind to myself? When we learn to love ourselves and discover the precious being within us—the one that reflects Heaven—we naturally begin to recognize and love that same preciousness in others. A change that begins with 1% Possibility
A Change That Begins with 1% Possibility I'd like to share one sentence from my conversation with Grand Teacher that deeply stayed with me. "Even if there is only the faintest spark—just 1% of positive energy—if you choose to focus on that 1% every day, you will gradually awaken, and both your body and mind will become healthier." Rather than getting trapped in negativity by ourselves, let us all move toward that 1% of goodness together, one day at a time. With love, ♡ Blessing
