Today's Reflection | Echo
Today, I shared Teacher Binggeurae's reflection, "Echo," from the Binggeurae's Reflections section of the book Past-Life Healing and Gi-Tong.
One sentence especially touched my heart this morning:
«"Every person is infinitely more precious than we could ever imagine."»
Just like the title suggests, every thought we hold and every word we speak travels out into the world and, like an echo, eventually returns to us.
Today, I invite you to pause and ask yourself:
Do I truly cherish myself?
Am I kind to myself?
When we learn to love ourselves and discover the precious being within us—the one that reflects Heaven—we naturally begin to recognize and love that same preciousness in others.
May Teacher Binggeurae's gentle insight become a quiet echo in your heart today, filling your life with more light, peace, and love.

오늘의 나눔 | 메아리 (Echo)
오늘 빙그레 선생님의 글 **「메아리」**를 올렸습니다. 이 글은 *『전생치유 그리고 기통』*의 빙그레 단상에 실린 글입니다.
오늘 아침 제 마음에 가장 깊이 와닿은 구절은 이것이었습니다.
«"사람은 우리가 상상하는 그 이상으로 한 사람 한 사람이 한없이 귀한 존재입니다."»
제목처럼, 내가 품는 모든 생각과 내가 내뱉는 모든 말은 세상으로 퍼져 나갔다가 결국 메아리가 되어 다시 나에게 돌아옵니다.
그래서 오늘은 스스로에게 질문해 봅니다.
나는 나 자신을 귀하게 여기고 있는가?
나에게 나는 좋은 사람인가?
진정으로 나를 사랑하고, 내 안에 있는 하늘을 닮은 귀한 존재를 만나게 될 때, 비로소 나와 같은 귀한 사람들을 만나고 진심으로 사랑할 수 있습니다.
오늘 빙그레 선생님의 따뜻한 통찰이 여러분의 마음에도 잔잔한 메아리가 되어, 삶이 더욱 빛으로 가득하고 환하게 빛나는 하루가 되기를 바랍니다.
